Return policy

At Fedoracollection.com our return policy is 30 days: To process a return please use return authorization number. In order to get authorization number for return please e-mail to admin@fedoracollection.com. We will send you an authorization number via your e-mail. Please fill out return_sheet.pdf  before you send the package. 

NOTE: International orders may not be returned for refund.

Your items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Items received after 30 days will not
be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday
season: Orders placed between November 1-December 25 can be returned until January 15.
In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the
original packaging, manufacturer's containers with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if
packaging is not in its original condition, thus we will return such items to you. If you reject that
return shipment, Fedoracollection.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your
credit and all costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The  original-shipping fee and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. Your credit will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit issued.

Payment Options 

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal At
this time we do not accept personal checks.

Shipping for International Orders Only 

All international orders must be paid via Paypal. If your order is not paid via Paypal,
it will be declined automatically, as our system will not accept international credit cards. If you do not
have a Paypal account, click here to setup a free account.

1. To order, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out.
2. Complete your shipping, billing, and contact information as requested.
3. Under paymentethod, select Paypal. (We only offer Fedex shipping.)
4. Click "Continue" to proceed to order review page.
5. Review and Submit order. Your order still not complete. One more step is required. When the paypal screen opens, complete your paypal payment.

Notes: 

We ship only after we receive payment from Paypal.
If your order is not paid via Paypal, it will be declined automatically, as our system will not process

Most orders will ship in 2-5 business days after payment is received from Paypal. All International
orders are shipped by Fedex. This is a quick delivery method, but delivery times may
vary depending on your country. The average delivery time is usually about 7-10 business days. We cannot be
held responsible for courier shipping delays. Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order
delivered as quickly as possible.
Customer pays all customs fees of their country. This may involve being required to pay the postal
delivery person when your package is delivered.
International orders may not be returned for refund.
